In traditional school environments, lost items are often difficult to track due to the lack of a centralized system. Reports are usually informal, scattered, or undocumented, making it hard for students to recover their belongings.

The goal of iFind is to create a digital solution that simplifies the process of reporting, searching, and claiming lost items, while improving organization, accessibility, and recovery rates within the school.

I was responsible for designing and developing the system, including the user interface, frontend functionality, and backend integration, as well as testing and improving the overall user experience.

One of the main challenges was organizing and managing multiple item reports efficiently. This was addressed by implementing a structured database system and an admin dashboard that allows easy tracking, filtering, and approval of claims.

Through this project, I improved my skills in web development, database management, and system design. I also gained a better understanding of how real-world problems can be solved through practical digital solutions.
